Group Sessions
My Groups are run weekly, for dogs that are, young, nervous, over players, get over excitedor new to socialising generally. Taking groups to secure fields, I observe and manage dogs, to help them to learn appropriate play. Working out what the dog’s behaviours to certain triggers is part of my role in the session.
The sessions also incorporate, focus elements, recall games and searching fun. We sometimes have activities in the field or we might just have a wander week.
If you are interested in one of these sessions then please get in touch to discuss your dogs issues and we can decide which group would be best.
Running at the moment is Pink Ladies, RockStars and AllStars.

“Claire has worked with me and my puppy in both a group and 121 capacity. She is really passionate about dogs and this absolutely comes through in her sessions. Claire is friendly and easy to talk to and she puts dog and human at ease. What’s great about Claire’s advice is she doesn’t just give you an instruction, she explains what it is you’re trying to achieve and how what you are doing relates to your dog’s mind. Teddy absolutely loved his sessions, and he is now enjoying being off the lead when we go for walks.”

I contacted Claire at Pawfector Dog Training Services, who had been recommended to me, as my 1 year old dog was not great loose lead walking and I also needed some help / advice with her recall skills. As soon as my dog Flo and I met Claire, she put us both at ease. Claire gave us great advice and ideas to try with Flo which have paid off. Flo now walks a lot on a loose lead and her recall is getting better. Claire started puppy play sessions in a secure field which I booked Flo on for a taster session and she’s been lots of times since. As soon as she hears Claire’s van pull up she gets excited and loves going with her. Claire provides a brilliant service, she is reliable, trustworthy, is so friendly and is very flexible. I am always relaxed when Flo goes with Claire as I know she is in very good hands. Flo took to Claire so easily and quickly which is a very telling sign in itself. Thank you Claire for a first class service.

We’ve had a 1-2-1 with Claire and she has now taken our boys out on two occasions. Dealing with a nervous pup Claire has given us fabulous tips to use when taking him out on walks, and we’ve noticed an enormous improvement already. Claire has given us hope that with gradual exposure to other dogs and strangers over time he’ll become a more confident dog. He’s already warmed to her and we are excited for Claire to work with him weekly. Our other already confident dog Banger is loving going along for the rides and being Beans’ cheerleader. Thanks Claire!
